Description
Beef tripe pre-cooked.
Made from parts of beef stomach mallow. Pre-cooked for 4-5 hours. Must be cooked.
Packed in a 450 g bag, 9 bags in a carton.
Recommended method of preparation:
Boil the tripe after thawing in the refrigerator (up to +4 °C) for 10-15 minutes, drain the water,
repeat this procedure two to three times.
Ideal for preparing tripe soup, but also for stewing and making.
